Help Us Spread the Word – Stride Street Medicine Home Visits

Stride Street Medicine is now serving the Platte Canyon community, bringing healthcare directly to individuals through home visits. This service is made possible through a collaboration between Stride Community Health Center, the Platte Canyon Fire Protection District, and the Platte Canyon Foundation.

We are asking for your help in making sure everyone in our community knows this valuable resource is available.

Please forward this email and the attached flyer to your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, community organizations, churches, businesses, homeowner associations, special districts, and any other contact lists you may have. Your help in sharing this information will ensure that those who need healthcare, but may have difficulty accessing it, know where to turn.

Stride Street Medicine provides healthcare for individuals regardless of insurance coverage. Services are available for those who:

• Have no health insurance
• Have private insurance
• Are covered by Medicaid
• Are covered by Medicare

By bringing healthcare into the home, Stride helps remove barriers such as transportation challenges, mobility limitations, chronic health conditions, and other obstacles that can prevent people from receiving the care they need.

Every email forwarded and every flyer shared helps connect another member of our community with accessible, high-quality healthcare.
