Park County, CO – Last week Park County welcomed the Colorado State University Business School, in partnership with Park County Extension, to begin a project to conduct a comprehensive, county-wide Opportunity Assessment. The team was able to meet with residents, business leaders, community organizations and others in Bailey, Fairplay/Alma, Lake George and Guffey.
We still need your help! You can have your opinions and insights heard. Please complete this short questionnaire to inform this process and end result: Opportunity Assessment Community Survey.
The CSU team will present the final results to the Board of County Commissioners in May.
“This collaborative effort aims to harness the collective power of businesses, schools, and government to build a strong economic future and we can’t wait to see the results,” said Tom Eisenman, Park County Manager.
Stay tuned for more details. In the meantime, please help us share the survey link (Opportunity Assessment Community Survey) with your neighbors and local networks! If you have questions, please reach out to Barbie Garnett, CSU Extension Barbie Garnett at 719-836-4152 or bgarnett@parkco.us.
