Once again, we have been busy advocating for our senior community, while planning healthy activities and important educational opportunities.  

PCCP Resale Boutique

It is with grateful hearts that SAPC acknowledges the generosity of the PCCP Resale Boutique.  The Boutique funds a different local non-profit each month throughout the year, and we were the recipients of the July 2026 grant funds. PCCP Resale Boutique is a prized resource in the community, and their support is invaluable in allowing SAPC to continue serving the Platte Canyon area community.

Staunton State Park Hike #3

Please join the Seniors Alliance of Platte Canyon for our third hiking adventure.

Where: Staunton State Park

When: Thursday, August 27th

Time: 9:00 am

We will meet at the Lazy V Lot. The hike, approximately 4 miles, will take us up the Old Mill trail to view the old collapsed sawmill and still standing bunkhouse. From there we will hike the Border Line trail with wonderful views across the park, and a great place for lunch. We connect with the Staunton Ranch trail, returning to our starting point by approximately 2:00pm. See attached flyer for details.
