One minute survey to prove workload for anyone impacted by tree blowdown

March 29, 2026

We got this request from Shelby Edwards (Platte Canyon Fire Protection District).

One of our partners (Jefferson Conservation District) is doing some behind the scenes work to see if it’s possible to obtain funding to assist with blowdown clean up. They’ve provided this quick google survey and are asking for anyone to fill it out who has been impacted with tree blowdown. They’ve provided intent is to “prove” the workload out there to make a better case for some funding.

To be clear there is no funding currently available, if some became available it will be delayed (6 months minimum) and no work completed prior would be eligible for reimbursement.
